The extent of skeletal muscle loading and aerobic exercise offered by surface EVA on the Moon should be determined either by modeling or by lunar analog studies and then validated. It isn't a good idea to eat unhealthy processed food, drink sugar water (so-called sports drinks") or be on medications which might force you to train for hours each day just to compensate.
